Success Strategy: Results Count, Not Tasks

It is not the tasks that we complete that count, it is the results that we achieve. If the tasks that we do lead us to accomplishing our desired results, great!

If we do not achieve our desired results, then we are busy with tasks that are not getting us anywhere. We are “spinning our wheels.” When that happens, we need to reassess what we need to do to achieve the results we want.

Tasks are just stepping-stones. If they take us where we want to go, good. If they do not, we need to change them. Being busy is not the same as being productive.
