It does not matter what we do with creating dreams, goals, and action plans if we do not implement the plans! Without implementation, nothing happens.
Implementation does not mean just starting the plans. It means implementing the entire plan—beginning, middle, and end. The goal is not accomplished until the plan is accomplished.
This does not mean that plans cannot be changed. They usually have to be changed as we learn what works and what does not. Then we need to implement the revised plan!
Although implementation can be difficult, it is necessary, and definitely worth it!
